Part 1: 参赛资格 (Eligibility)
  1. 本次活动仅限目前在读（Active Students）的玮奇珠心算学生及其家长参加。

  2. 参赛者必须为使用真实身份注册的 Facebook 或 Instagram 用户。

  3. 参赛者须遵守 Facebook 与 Instagram 的社区规范、使用条款及活动规则。

  4. 严禁使用假账号、代为发文、转发他人贴文或发布与活动无关/负面言论，违者将被取消资格。

  1. This campaign is open exclusively to active students of Wekie Arithmetic and their parents.

  2. Participants must be registered users of Facebook or Instagram with authentic accounts.

  3. Participants must comply with the community guidelines, terms of use, and rules of Facebook and Instagram.

  4. Use of fake accounts, posting on behalf of others, sharing unrelated content, or posting negative remarks is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Part 2: 参与规则 (Participation Rules)
  1. 活动期间：2025年11月1日 至 2026年3月15日 23:59 (GMT+8)。

  2. 内容要求： 家长须发布孩子在玮奇学习历程相关的照片或影片。文案（Caption）内容不限，家长可自由发挥。

  3. 内容规范： 所有参赛贴文必须传递正面、积极的价值观。严禁发布任何恶意贬低、嘲笑或中伤 任何学生（包括自家孩子或其他学员）自尊，或损害 玮奇教育和玮奇珠心算 品牌形象的内容。

  4. 发布形式： 贴文必须发布在 Facebook 个人主页（Feed）或 Instagram 个人主页（Post/Reel）。限时动态（Stories）将不被视为有效参赛作品（因无法长期保留核实）。

  5. 隐私设定： 贴文须于整个活动期间保持公开（Public）状态。

  6. 标注要求： 贴文必须：
    • 标注 (Tag) 官方账号：
      • Facebook @Wekie Education Group 玮奇教育 或
      • Instagram @WekieEducationGroup
    • 加入指定 Hashtag：#玮奇成长记录 或 #MyWekieLearning

  7. 每则贴文仅计算为 1 个参赛名额。若家长有多位子女就读，请为每位孩子分别发布不同的贴文，以确保每位孩子获得各自的抽奖资格。（若同一则贴文中包含多位学生，仍只视为 1 次有效投稿）。禁止重复发布完全相同的照片/影片。
  1. Campaign Period: 1 November 2025 to 15 March 2026, 23:59 (GMT+8).

  2. Content: Parents must post a photo or video related to their child’s learning journey at Wekie Education Group. Creative captions are optional (you may post without a detailed caption).

  3. Format: Posts must be published on Facebook Feed or Instagram Feed (Post/Reel). Stories (IG/FB Stories) will NOT be accepted as valid entries.

  4. Content Guidelines: All entries must convey a positive and encouraging message. Content that maliciously disparages, mocks, or defames any student (whether one’s own child or others) or damages the brand image of Wekie Education Group and Wekie Arithmetic is strictly prohibited.

  5. Privacy: Posts must remain set to Public for the entire duration of the campaign.

  6. Posts must include:
    • Tag the official account:
      • Facebook @Wekie Education Group 玮奇教育 , or
      • Instagram @WekieEducationGroup
    • Include the hashtags: #玮奇成长记录 OR #MyWekieLearning

  7. Entry Policy: Each post counts as ONE (1) contest entry. If parents have multiple children enrolled, please publish separate posts for each child to ensure they each receive their own lucky draw entry. (A single post featuring multiple students will still be counted as 1 entry only). Duplicate posts of the exact same photo/video are prohibited.
Part 3: 参赛作品提交与资格确认 (Submission & Verification)
  1. 发布贴文后，参赛者须将贴文截图 (Screenshot) 发送至玮奇家长沟通群组。

  2. 经工作人员核实后，家长将于 1-3个工作天内 通过 Wekie App 收到标题为 [Entry Confirmed] 的 Newsletter，方视为成功获得抽奖资格。

  3. 名额限制：
    • Mini Lucky Draw： 每位学生在每个阶段最多获得 1个 参赛资格。
    • Grand Lucky Draw： 每位学生最多累积 3个 参赛资格（即参与满3轮 Mini Draw）。

  4. 提交截止日期：
    • Mini Draw 1: 15/01/2026
    • Mini Draw 2: 15/02/2026
    • Mini Draw 3 & Grand Draw: 15/03/2026
  1. Upon posting, participants must send a screenshot of the post to their respective Wekie Parent-Teacher WhatsApp Communication Group.

  2. Once verified, parents will receive a newsletter titled [Entry Confirmed] via the Wekie App within 1-3 working days. This confirms your eligibility.

  3. Entry Limits:
    • Mini Lucky Draw: Max 1 entry per student per phase.
    • Grand Lucky Draw: Max 3 accumulated entries per student (upon participating in all 3 Mini Draw phases).

  4. Submission Deadlines:
    • Mini Draw 1: 15/01/2026
    • Mini Draw 2: 15/02/2026
    • Mini Draw 3 & Grand Draw: 15/03/2026
Part 4: 得奖者选拔 (Winner Selection)
  1. 得奖者将从系统后台所有 [Entry Confirmed] 的名单中，以随机抽签方式选出。

  2. 主办方保留取消任何资料不完整、重复投稿、已退学或不符合资格者的权利。
  1. Winners will be selected via a random draw from all verified [Entry Confirmed] participants in the system.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, duplicates, from withdrawn students, or ineligible.
Part 5: 得奖公布与兑换 (Announcement & Redemption)
  1. 得奖名单公布日期：
    • Mini Lucky Draw 1: 2026年1月31日 或之前
    • Mini Lucky Draw 2: 2026年2月28日 或之前
    • Mini Lucky Draw 3: 2026年3月31日 或之前
    • Grand Lucky Draw: 2026年4月15日 或之前

  2. 得奖名单将通过 Wekie App 公布。工作人员将随后联系得奖者，安排奖品兑换及领取事宜。

  3. 所有奖品不可转让、不可退换，亦不可兑换现金。

  4. 奖品声明： 所有奖品图片仅供参考，实物可能在颜色或规格上有所差异。如遇缺货，主办方有权以等值物品替换，无须事先通知。
  1. Winner Announcement Dates:
    • Mini Lucky Draw 1: On or before 31 January 2026
    • Mini Lucky Draw 2: On or before 28 February 2026
    • Mini Lucky Draw 3: On or before 31 March 2026
    • Grand Lucky Draw: On or before 15 April 2026

  2. The winner list will be published via the Wekie App. Staff will contact winners subsequently to arrange for prize redemption and collection.

  3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Prize Disclaimer: All prize images shown in marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary in color, model, or specifications subject to market availability. In the event of stock unavailability, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value without prior notice.
Part 6: 肖像权与使用授权 (Rights & Usage)

参与本活动即表示参赛者同意授予 玮奇教育 (Wekie Education Group) 及其关联公司非独家、永久、全球性的权利，以使用、复制、修改、展示其投稿之照片或影片于市场行销、宣传素材、内部培训及社交媒体发布等用途，且无须支付任何费用。

By participating, participants grant Wekie Education Group and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, and display the submitted photos or videos for marketing, promotional materials, internal training, and social media content without any payment or compensation.

Part 7: 责任与隐私声明 (Liability & Privacy)
  1. 对于因网络传输延迟、技术故障或平台演算法导致贴文无法被搜寻/查看的情况，主办方恕不负责。

  2. 所有收集的个人资料将严格依据 马来西亚个人资料保护法 (PDPA 2010) 进行处理，仅用于本次活动联系及内部记录用途。
  1. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any entries not received or viewed due to technical glitches, network delays, or platform algorithm issues.

  2. All personal data collected will be processed strictly in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) for the purpose of this campaign and internal records only.
Part 8: 其他条款 (Others)
  1. 主办方有权在不预先通知的情况下，随时修订条款与细则、调整活动期限或更换等值奖品。

  2. 任何具冒犯性、涉及敏感课题或违反社会善良风俗的投稿，主办方有权立即删除并取消资格。

  3. 如对活动有任何争议，玮奇教育 拥有最终裁定权；所有决定为最终决定，恕不接受任何形式的上诉或异议。
  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions, campaign duration, or prize details at any time without prior notice.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove and disqualify any posts deemed offensive, inappropriate, or sensitive.

  3. In the event of any dispute, Wekie Education Group reserves the right of final decision. All decisions are final and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
Part 9: 同意声明 (Acceptance of Terms)

提交参赛作品即表示参赛者已阅读、理解并同意遵守本条款与细则的所有内容。

By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
